Here you'll find materials developed by ISO that provide extensive information on the benefits that standards bring to organizations and, more generally, to citizens and society.

They describe the approach used by ISO to assess the economic and social benefits of standards, and include company case studies from over 20 countries, books and communication materials designed to be shared with decision makers and representatives of stakeholders.

These materials were created by ISO with the contribution of many people from national standards bodies, companies and other organizations, as well as university professors, students and consultants who have actively participated in the development of the methodology and of the case studies. Our sincere thanks goes to all those who took part.
